Edible black salsify Duplex
Grows well in light, deeply loosened and sandy soil. Edible roots have the taste of unripe hazelnuts, grow up to 30–35 cm long. The roots can be overwintered on the site.
Suitable for eating fresh, cooking, stewing, marinating, drying.
