Edible sorrel

In one place grow for 2–3 years. When sowing early in spring, plats are harvested in the beginning of July. When sowing at the end of June, plants are harvested the following year, in May. Leaves are light green, wide and pleasantly sour. Plants have the least amount of oxalic acid at the beginning of vegetation period.

Garden asparagus Mary Washington

Plants are perennial. They can grow for 20 and more years in one place. Plants overwinter well at temperatures as low as -30° C. Shoots of 1–1.5 cm in diameter that grow within 3–4 years are used. Seeds have to be soaked up before sowing.

Edible okra Clemson Spinelles

Plants can be grown in greenhouses and outdoors. Like a sunny location, tolerate heat well. Grows up to 1 m tall. Flowers are yellowish, 4–8 cm in diameter, grow in the axils of large leaves. The fruits resemble to thin conical peppers. Unripe fruits, young leaves and flowers are consumed. The fruits taste similar to eggplants, asparagus or green beans. Sweet Corn Raquel F1

Very productive early hybrid. Begins to harvest 72–75 days after seed germination. Plants tolerate heat well, are strong. The root system is strong. The cobs grow evenly, up to 20–22 cm long and 5.5–6 cm in diameter, with a very beautiful marketable appearance. The seeds are large, two-colored (yellow and white), very sweet. Suitable for pickling and freezing. Cobs are consumed at milky maturity. To get an earlier harvest, it is advisable to sow in April in containers or nurseries.
